Each morning when i wake up i give thanks to all spirit. There are many things to be thankful for. I think some people are forgetful for the good things in life and focus more on the bad. Focusing on those bad things will likely bring more bad to you. People call it Karma, saying it’s either good or bad. To me it’s either Positive or Negative energy. If you want good things to happen to you, you must think positively about yourself, and about everything around you. If drop you your coffee or trip and fall. Don’t continue to focus on those things as being something that will ruin your day. The more you think negatively or think of  things in a negative way, the more they will come to you. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and continue on about you way and say to yourself, Let it Go. Say that 5 times to yourself and pick up where you left off in your day. Each time something negative happens, say it 5 times again. Make it a good habit to say that and watch things change for you.
