As with anything in our lives, it’s the choice we make each day that lead us. With negative energy constantly around us, it’s not an easy task to avoid it every day. A good way to start off the day is to ground yourself. When you wake up, look in the mirror and tell yourself you’re going to be a good person and are going to do good thing. Then, try saying a mantra for the day, and carry that thought everywhere you go, trying to remind yourself of it with every run-in of a negative influx. With every break you get throughout your day, reassure yourself with that day’s mantra. Putting yourself in this type of routine will enable you to have a little, or less stressed day.
